Vocal activation is an interactive session in which you access your unique frequency through an embodiment experience of your energy centres through sound.

Through breath, body awareness and vocal sounds you clear and heal that which blocks and creates resistance to your truth and authentic creative expression, which may be, in the most subtle forms, affecting your creations, work, business and relationships.

Using sound exercises, you can open the free flow of YOUR OWN VOICE, learning to use it as a source of creation, integration, presence, depth and enjoyment.

These sessions have the capacity of opening the body gates that connect us to the abundant and limitless elemental forces of nature and help us remember the empowered sacred creators that we are, embodying spontaneity, joy, creativity and truth.

I use a combination of shamanic practices, embodiment techniques, mindset coaching, energy healing, primordial sounds, ancient rituals, channeling and re-wilding exercises to create holistic healing activating sessions unique to you.
